    When you make your ticket purchase, your ticket is immediately emailed to you, and it includes your ticket number on the ticket right then. No waiting for your ticket to arrive in another email or get lost in your spam folder. You can even log  back into the All American Grand Bash site and download your ticket directly from the site in case you lose your original ticket.

No. Everyone must purchase a SATURDAY MAIN RAFFLE  ticket to enter the event on Saturday. No guest passes will be issued this year.

At this time, we are only able to sell raffle tickets to residents of states that do not prohibit charitable raffles and those states whose charitable raffle laws are consistent with those followed by the All American Grand Bash.

We are currently unable to sell raffle tickets to residents of states including, but not limited to Alabama, Hawaii, Utah and Wisconsin. In the event a raffle ticket sale is made to a resident of a prohibited state, whether or not listed above, the purchase price of the raffle ticket will be fully refunded to the purchaser, or if the purchaser so elects, may be made instead as a donation to Operation Welcome Home. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to individual states’ raffle laws we are unable to allow online credit card sales of tickets to residents of states including, but not limited to Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and North Dakota. However, you may contact the All American Grand Bash at 304-712-2140 during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) to make purchase(s) over the phone with a credit card. You can also purchase from ticket outlets and via mail in registration. Telephone Orders will stop 30 Days prior to the event date due to eliminate fraud issues in the past.

All unsold tickets become property of Operation Welcome Home.

One meal and soft drinks will be provided with ticket purchase.

Catering Services for the All American Grand Bash this year will be handled by Mason Jar BBQ

We will have vendors stationed at the event to purchase alcohol from. Alcoholic beverages are not included with ticket purchase.

No. No beer, wine or alcohol may be brought in. No personal glass containers or coolers allowed on drawing grounds. 

Absolutely no pets on premises, personal guns, knives, or weapons of any kind. No ATV’s, whistles, bells, airhorns, laser pointers, etc. Drugs are strictly prohibited.

You will need to bring two forms of ID to claim your prize at the designated prize table:

  • Picture ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • ID containing your social security number (SS card, W2 form, or tax return sheet)

Winning ticket numbers will be published at during the event, as well as updated immediately after the announcement. Our social media team will be posting winning numbers throughout the day, and the website will have all winning numbers posted within 24 hours of the event as well

Side raffle packages will be available that can be purchased before the event begins. Early bird drawings will be announced shortly for those that purchase their tickets ASAP

All winners will be contacted by phone and/or email the WEEK AFTER the event is held. A list of winning ticket numbers will be placed on this website the week AFTER the event is held. Upon providing a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a ticket holder will be mailed a list of winning ticket numbers AFTER the event.

Bingo blower machines will be used again to select all winning ticket numbers. Then, each ticket number has the possibility of winning multiple times

Parking is plentiful and available at Mylan Park in front of the Ruby Center.
