Dear Grand Bash Community,

Recently, the West Virginia State Department of Revenue - Tax Division notified us that we are no longer permitted to conduct the All-American Grand Bash in the format we've successfully used for the past 10 years. While this was unexpected news, we are determined to continue our mission of supporting our community through a new event.

Our team is currently working diligently to process refunds for all current 2025 All-American Grand Bash ticket holders.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Wednesday, January 8th: Detailed email instructions sent
• January 17th: Deadline for your decision
• January 31st: All processing completed

• Ticket holders will receive an email Wednesday, January 8th, with instructions
